During the International Convention in Las Vegas, we requested during the Fraternal Programs report that each fraternal unit contribute at least $100 toward Special Olympics by April 30, 2009. This “checklist” will allow the Ohio State Moose Association to work toward 100% participation. We believe that the philosophy of “minimal amount, maximum participation” will allow us to realize similar success with Special Olympics as we realized with the Flight 93 Project.

There will be special recognition for units that contribute at levels of $500 and $1,000 (similar to former YCC Old Faithful Club)
All monies leftover at the end of each year will go back to the state Special Olympics office, meaning even greater contributions from the OSMA
